Meet Karem Ensley

Karem Ensley, M.SpEd, is a child behavior specialist, international educational consultant and certified Special Education teacher with 20+ years of experience helping young learners with a broad range of learning challenges. She has taught children and advised parents of diverse backgrounds and circumstances in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America and has served as an educational consultant to the U.S. Department of State.

Karem holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Special Education, allowing her to provide tailored instruction, in English or Spanish, to help each child realize their own goals and unique potential. She supports parents by providing consultation and resources to help them understand and improve challenging behaviors at school and at home.

Karem also helps parents navigate behavior challenges, ADHD, IEPs, 504 plans, and school communication, empowering them to advocate effectively for their child’s needs and ensure their child receives the support they deserve. A significant part of her work involves helping parents communicate confidently and effectively with schools, and educating them about their rights and their child’s rights under federal law. Whether a child has a formal diagnosis or a parent simply knows something isn’t right, Karem provides the guidance, tools, and clarity to help families move forward.
